Join fellow COSPRA members virtually for a two-part interactive workshop series on December 17th and January 12th. This two-part workshop will give participants the tools to advocate for themselves and take care of the mind and body.
Mark Mohammadpour, APR, and certified personal trainer and health coach who lost and kept off 150 pounds more than 10 years ago, will share first-party research that examines causes of our stress and practical tools to help keep our minds motivated, our teams feeling inclusive and our bodies fuled and prepared to tackle and advance in our career.

In Part 1, we will create a short but actionable accountability plan designated with communicators in mind so we can head into the holidays and 2021 on the right foot.

Mindset Shift Around Physical Activity and Food Cravings
It's winter, but that doesn't mean we can't keep moving! We'll discuss how to stay active during the busy winter season that won't sacrifice time spent with family or work. We'll also discuss practical approaches to reduce hunger pains throughout the day and snacking at night so that you'll sleep better, have more energy, and tackle our work days head on.
